Science has now confirmed that everything is made of energy, not matter. The same energy that makes up our bodies is the same energy that makes up everything that we see, touch, eat, feel, experience, think, grow and use. Energy is everywhere, it is neither created nor destroyed. Our thoughts and emotions are energy. Everything in the universe is made of energy. Energy is constantly flowing, changing and is in different forms and shapes.
Energy vibrates at different frequencies, giving the appearance (“illusion”) of things being separate substances from one another. Water, ice and clouds (vapor) are three examples of the different energetic frequencies a substance (energy) can have.
“Healing is the process of the restoration of health from an unbalanced, diseased or damaged organism”, “to make (someone or something) healthy or well again”.
Energy Healing is a term used for any therapy that works with the energy circuits and fields in our physical or subtle bodies to regain balance and help our body’s natural healing abilities function at their optimal capacity. The body knows how to heal itself and with energy healing, we can work with the body’s energy fields to heal ourselves.
Energy healing (spiritual laying on of hands or use of distant healing methods) has been used since the beginning of time by all civilization, dating back to the Ancient Egyptians and older. More recently, western societies are acknowledging the potential for self healing that every person possesses. It allows us to tap into the unlimited source of life force energy to replenish, restore and bring balance to our depleted and dis-eased (not being at ease) bodies. It is a basic form of healing that we forgot about, but now we are remembering that it is and has always been available for all as a gift to ourselves and Humanity.
Energy healing is drawn by intent (both conscious and unconscious intent) through the practitioner, who acts as a channel by which Universal Life Force Energy (Prana, Chi, Ra Sekhi, Reiki, etc.) flows from the Divine, to the practitioner and then to the recipient. Energy healing always heals for the best and highest good of the recipient, the practitioner and the Universe. The practitioner and recipient are healed simultaneously. Both benefit from multi-level healing and neither is compromised by the condition of the other. Energy healing is unique in that the practitioner is never drained by the channeling/healing experience, as the practitioner is not using their own energy.
Energy healing is used to facilitate physical, emotional, mental and spiritual equilibrium, balance and ease (however, it does not replace medical advice, medicine, your current medical routine). Energy healing provides a holistic and energetic approach to healing that realigns, restores and stimulates your body’s natural healing abilities as a result of removing blocks in the energy bodies. Any medical treatments, medications or therapies that you have been using will be enhanced and complemented by energy healing.
There is no manipulation of the body with energy healing, therefore, there is no risk of injury. This makes energy healing very safe for the elderly, children, pets and plants.
Energy healing (as with all forms of healing) is a journey into exploring, understanding, nurturing, accepting and loving yourself. It is an opportunity to actively discovery, learn and experience new things. Healing is a continuous transformational journey, filled with experiences of growth and learning. The healing journey will open you up to many wonderful things and knowings, one of which is "life is already great and can only get better!" "You are health! Health is your Divine birthright!"
